It’s actually 4 oz. lighter earlier HD Gen II models, making it even more suitable for operation atop a lightweight Modern Sporting Rifle. This Razor HD Gen II-E features Vortex’s VMR-2 MOA reticle, which is impressively accurate in short- to medium-range engagements. The VMR-2 is a hashmarked ranging reticle with an illuminated center dot controlled by a left-side mounted knob, that gives you 11 levels of reticle brightness to choose from, with "off" stops in between. The daylight-bright illuminated center dot gives the shooter red dot sight functionality at close-quarters, yet can land precise distance shots out to 600 yards. Outside the O-ring sealed, Argon-purged waterproof and fogproof scope body, the 1-6x24 Razor HD Gen II-E has Vortex’s ultra-hard ArmorTek coating to protect the exterior lenses from scratches, oil, and dirt. It’s ready for rough operating conditions in any weather!
The VMR-2 MOA reticle would do little good if it weren’t mated with Vortex’s superb glass.
