I use the included tools every time I reload. The universal handle is good. I do sometimes use the pocket cleaners in my cordless drill.
I did not enjoy using the pad at all. It soaked up too much lube, and I found this to be wastfull, as it would completely dry out between sessions.
I eventually discovered the Imperial sizing wax and dry graphite neck sizing lub. These two items changed my reloading sessions completely for the better.
As said, I still use the tools, and the lid/ case tray is handy.
I would not recommend, as there may be better separate handles / pocket cleaners available. It was my first purchase, before I knew about different lubes. It may cost more, but if doing this again, I would just buy a de-burr / chamfer tool, pocket uniformer with handle +/- drill bit function, and Imperial sizing wax and dry graphite.
