Great springs(07/01/2010)
The lightest weight trigger return spring is great. So much lighter trigger pull, but not a hair trigger either. Still have to pull the thing, but groups should improve. Used the heavier hammer spring from the kit, but don't know if it has created any hang fires. The replacement 11 lb hammer I just put on my Taurus 607 did produce 3 out of 7, so installed the 12 and have not had a chance to see how much diff 1 lb makes. Most people use the gun as single action, so leaving the factory hammer isn't a bad idea, and there should be a bit less lock time (time from trigger pull to hammer striking and ingiting cartridge). We'll see what come of the 12 lb replacement I put in on the ruger. I recommend the trigger release spring for sure, really noticeable how nice and smooth you can pull the trigger. The springs are a no brainer to replace, so playing with the combinations of trigger and hammer springs in the gun should be non issue.
perfect kit(21/10/2011)
I recently purchased this kit and was amazed at how much easier it is to pull the trigger. before it was pretty tough but now I would have to say that its just right. no hair trigger but you don't have to be andre the giant to pull the trigger now.
Next best thing to a trigger job(27/10/2011)
The lighter trigger springs lowered the pull in my trigger enough to cut the size of my groups in half! I now have enough confidence to shoot out to a hundred yards and wouldn't think twice about it.
Best [$] you'll ever spend on your RSR!(16/02/2012)
Easy to install just remember to use a fork to take off the hammer spring*. %100 reliable primer strikes even on CCI magnum primers, and I use the #10 trigger spring and #10 hammer spring. Easily made single action trigger pull 2 1/2-3Ib. and double action about 10Ib. Buy them! the wolf springs are just as good too but I just like WC as a brand more. Think 1911.
