does what it says it does(01/01/2012)
Used this jig to pin three VLTOR gas blocks so far. It's a simple purpose-built jig that's easy to set up and use in a drill press. I, personally, would not attempt to use this jig with a hand drill. Make sure to use a #31 drill bit to drill through the gas block and barrel. It would be nice if a drill bit was included, but no big deal to me.
Great!(09/06/2015)
Bought this and modified it to fit Troy gas blocks. The #31 guide hole was just not providing enough contact on the barrel for my liking so I enlarged it #29 and now use M3.5 pins instead of 1/8. All in all a great product after 12 barrels it is still going strong.
Simply awesome(06/08/2017)
I purchased the model for BCM gas blocks directly from Jake at BRD and it is awesome. It is an amazing product that is easy to use. I was going to pay a shop $50 to do one barrel, but after getting this jig I have done 4 so far, and the jig is still like new. I see this jig lasting a long time, as long as I can press a trigger.
