The TCS Sling is a 2-1 point convertible sling designed to function on CAR-15 / M4 variants and a wide variety of other long guns. It can be converted from 2 point to 1 point sling formats in seconds and back again just as easily. It features three (3) 3/8" wide shock cords sleeved at the rear end of the sling that allow you to sling up a little tighter, yet easily cross shoulder transition. The shock cords also give you the benefit of shock absorption during aggressive movement. The TCS Sling also features a side release buckle assembly that is intended to stay attached to the weapon at all times. The female portion of the side release buckle is permanently attached to the sling itself. With the male portion of the side release buckle attached to the weapon, and the female portion attached to the sling, the sling remains wrapped around the operator's body when the release buckle is disengaged. This is the key feature of this design. If it becomes necessary to unhook the weapon from your body, such as when firing from an unconventional shooting position outside of the capabilities of the sling or something as simple, yet hazardous, as mounting/dismounting a vehicle, there isn't 3 feet of webbing trailing from the weapon. This allows the operator a much greater degree of versatility and safety. Note: You must have some form of side mounted front sling loop, hook or swivel and a receiver mounted QD swivel socket for this sling to mount to. La TCS Sling es una correa táctica convertible de 2-1 puntos diseñada para funcionar en variantes CAR-15 / M4 y una amplia variedad de otras armas largas. Se puede convertir de formatos de correa de 2 puntos a 1 punto en segundos y viceversa con la misma facilidad. Cuenta con tres (3) cuerdas elásticas de 3/8" de ancho en la parte trasera de la correa que te permiten ajustarla un poco más, además de facilitar la transición cruzada en el hombro. Las cuerdas elásticas también te ofrecen la ventaja de absorción de impactos durante movimientos agresivos. La TCS Sling también presenta un sistema de hebilla de liberación lateral que está diseñado para permanecer siempre conectado al arma. La parte femenina de la hebilla de liberación lateral está permanentemente unida a la correa misma. Con la parte masculina de la hebilla de liberación lateral unida al arma y la parte femenina unida a la correa, esta permanece envuelta alrededor del cuerpo del operador cuando la hebilla de liberación se desengancha. Esta es la característica clave de este diseño. Si es necesario desenganchar el arma de tu cuerpo, como al disparar desde una posición de tiro no convencional que excede las capacidades de la correa o algo tan simple, pero peligroso, como subir/bajar de un vehículo, no habrá 3 pies de cinta colgando del arma.
