There has only been one review on this item, and that was a negative one from some time ago, so I thought I would add a new review. I just ordered and received this brush. The other review said the collar was loose, held on by a couple of screws. The one I received the collar was glued on and does not move. One minor complaint is the gluing is not uniform in that in one area there is excess yellow adhesive sticking up above the edge of the collar but that does not in any way detract from it's function. The bristles are firm and uniform, with no shedding. The handle is comfortable in the hand. Overall the quality of this is much better than that from the previous review. I took it down one star because the cost is higher than it should be, but overall I recommend it.

ABSOLUTE JUNK! 18/07/2012
I have purchased several of these brushes from Brownells, and up until this last one, got good quality. This one is a peice of junk, and not worth fifty cents. Instead of a big, beefy handle to grip, this one is skinny, and cheaply made, and cheaply finished. the collar is held on with three little nails, and wobbles, and the bristles are as limp as an artists paint brush. Look around, find another brush from anyone, this one is not worrhy of being in a gunsmith's took kit.
